I LOVE coaching actors, it can make the difference between being good and getting the job. Just recently, my client Eurydice El-Etr booked a recurring role in a tv series with Josh Hartnett. We worked together on her audition AND on her performance that got her ecstatic feedback from the producers and director.

I believe the best teacher is one who is also working in the field.

I have worked consistently as an actor, starring alongside Susan Sarandon in 'Ace the Case", with Billy Zane in the upcoming "Waltzing with Brando", with Ray Liotta in "Syndrome K", or being the voice of all audiobooks from Disney Pixar's "Luca", and booking roles in "Gotham" and "Red Dead Redemption II". I just wrapped shooting a big role in the upcoming "The Gods II- The Dark Side", directed by Mykel Shannon Jenkins.

I was part of the faculty of the Susan Batson Studio in New York for eight years, before moving to Los Angeles. I am an expert in audition and on-camera technique, script analysis and ...

About Luca

Hi! I believe an acting teacher should 1)LOVE doing it, have a sincere passion for helping one actor at a time break through in their own unique way 2)be a working actor, showing that those teachings bring concrete results in the real world I fulfill both of those points, and look forward to c

Luca is very genuine and sincerely wants his students to succeed. His vast knowledge and experience come in to play an integral role when he is teaching. I was really appreciative of his sharing of his own know-hows that may help catapult my audition process.

Luca is one of the greatest coaches I’ve worked with. His insights are penetrating, he definitely knows how to read and breakdown a scene or a script, and he uses both instinct and intelligence, logic and sensory to immerse you into a situation and guide you towards a character. I've prepared various auditions and a part for a British series with him, and I couldn't recommend you enough to work with this great coach, who is also a beautiful and immensely generous person.
Federica
I was looking for a professional support to improve my acting skills and I found in Luca the best coach ever.

Luca has a natural talent to connect with others and feel exactly what you need.
With his great intuition and preparation he was able to help me to reach my goals providing a lot of tips and tricks during the session.
I am grateful I found a wonderful human being and coach like him and I can't wait to work with him again.
Thank you very much coach!

I pioneered a private Arts Academy drama school for 4 years, and am now teaching acting and directing at a middle and high school. My goal is to help students become well-rounded in all the areas that are needed to truly become a working actor. These areas include: auditioning, theater, film, and improvisation.

Being a repertory performer for Silver Star Playhouse (musical theater parodies), and having lots of experience and training in improv and interactive dinner theaters really trains you in comedy.
My husband also owns Sound waves Productions (technological advanced studio in Gilbert)- so completing remote voiceover work for a reel is not out of the question.

I also encourage students to pair in duos for effective scene work and more in-depth technique training (this will also split your lesson cost in half).

I offer Acting training with three different types of focuses:

- Acting Lessons: If you are interested in the craft of acting and want to become a better artist I create a weekly/monthly lesson plan which will serve your unique needs. Lessons will be based around your experience level, your interests, and your end goal as a performer.

- Audition Coaching: Monologue/Scene/Side coaching for anything from a Community Theater audition to a callback for Chicago Fire. We will attack your audition material analytically, psychophysically, and psychologically.

- Industry Coaching: What does an agent do? How do I get noticed by a Casting Director? How can I get to perform in a Motion Picture? What type am I?
The focus of my Acting Industry Coaching is to expose the actors to all the industry tools and info that can make them successful. Explaining Unions, how a headshot can get you through the door, and how to figure out type, are what I focus on in these lessons.

About Daniil

Looking to become more confident? A better actor? Find a new agent? With over 10 years of industry experience as an Actor, Director, Artistic Director, and most importantly, educator, I help people from Ages 5 to 80 sharpen their craft, turn anxiety into self confidence, and own themselves so th

This was my first ever acting class and Dan has done a great job! He’s really made me understand how to put myself in the moment with repetition exercises. Very laid back and easy to work with but also professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to become a better actor.
Sophia
Daniil worked with me on preparing multiple callback sides, both classical and contemporary. He is the kind of coach that has the specificity and honesty to push you beyond what you thought you were capable of, and to open your eyes to a new way of seeing your work. Daniil was able to connect my early experience with Meisner training to the sides that I had in front of me, in a way that was challenging but not scary. I left the session with a new handful of tools to prepare for the upcoming callbacks, and a new perspective on what it meant to reach honesty and authenticity as an actor.
Emily
Dan is an incredible instructor. His keen eye and ability to coach is a true gift. Dan works in specificity, detail and nuance; I am always a better actor having worked with him. Dan is knowledgeable about the business and offers great advice on agents, managers, type and casting. I highly recommend Dan as an acting coach and a business coach.

"First off. Just want to say that we had to cancel our first session. However, I really like this guy because he had kept it real and set it straight on the reason why the session was cancel. He was very sick that day and he didn't want to be involved with the session not being at 100%. Respect! I wouldn't have wanted him not being at his best either. Takes alot of guts for a person to confess that. I really appreciated the honesty because that explains how passionate Randy is about the craft.
Second of all, when we did our first session, I had to deal with a rough technical patch of trying g to join in for the session. He had no problem helping me with this technical glitch rather than allowing TakeLessons (who I was unable to reach because of matainace issues), to handle it. He helped 5he TakeLessons team. A plus Randy! Though I had to finally use another device to finally join the session, Randy was still willing to have patience and help me with the tech problem.
Lastly, Randy brought a warm feeling to the session and yet sincere. He made me feel welcomed, which opened me up more during this session. This helped because I am uncomfortable with improv but want to get better. He understood this and gave a real honest approach. Also, he informed me that we were going to get a gist of my performance level and work from there. Furthermore, we were going to ease our way into improvement. This gave me alot more balance than other improv classes. He is even willing to give me a little homework that I can practice in prep for next week.
Randy is very encouraging and I enjoyed our first session. I'm exited for next week!"
