I've been training vocalists since 2003 after graduating with a degree in voice performance from one of the top voice departments in the nation. I love to use Joan Frey Boytim's warm-up and sight singing exercises along with Estelle Liebling's vocalises for more advanced students. Students can expect to learn about how their voices work, simple anatomy and function, how to keep the voice healthy long term, natural projection and optimizing their instruments in every performance.
Please note that I do not accompany, but my students are welcome to bring their own accompanist or accompaniment tracks.

I am passionate about teaching the technique to dancing, but also how to move their body with style. I have trained and worked with some of the top choreographers in LA and have a large amount of experience in the dance industry. I can teach jazz, technique, hip hop, jazz funk, lyrical, and contemporary. I love to help kids and adults build their confidence, brand themselves as dancers, and give them top training with the years of knowledge I have.

Studying is serious business. We will write essays. We will analyze passages. We will laugh in the face of all that is boring about standardized tests.
Ultimately, my paradigm as a teacher will be to make myself progressively unnecessary.
The most important attributes of any teacher are empathy and patience. I currently attend Harvard University and work as a professional writer and tutor. I've lived all over the United States, although I grew up in Scotland of all places. My scores on the SAT and ACT were perfect (1600 and 36 res

Experienced concert pianist and piano teacher giving absolute dedication to his students with his spontaneous and personal approach. Students of all experience level, beginners to advanced, are welcome. Only requirement is the love of piano music. Students will not be tortured by playing boring Etudes. Technical skills will be learned by proper practice techniques while learning beautiful pieces, the way one of my teachers, Claudio Arrau, used to explain.
When I heard Beethoven’s Piano Concerto no. 5 for the first time at the age of nine, played by Wilhelm Kempff and the Berlin Philharmonic, I started playing the piano. After basic piano lessons in Frankfurt, in 1977 I became a student at Dr. Hoch’s Conservatory in Frankfurt, where I studied w
