I’ve been taking lessons with Noam over the past year and can wholeheartedly recommend his teaching! As an adult beginner, I was pretty apprehensive about starting to learn an instrument but Noam really worked with me to learn at a level i was comfortable with, and also pushed me to explore things I hadn’t expected, like improvisation. Take lessons with him!

Excellent teaching and Great personality. Charles is very professional in his approach, but still adds fun and excitement to each session. One of the tools that he uses is that of repetitive practicing as the path to mastery. It works very well! He sets reachable goals that I always attain, and he creates a very welcoming environment for learning.

Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I have been playing piano since the age of six. Originally classically trained, I made a change to learning Jazz after hearing it on the radio one night while still in high school.

I began my teaching career in 2007, providing private piano instruction to beginners at a small, privately owned music school in Laurel, Maryland.

After the school closed it's doors in the Fall of 2011, I continued working with many of the students privately. It is these efforts I continue to this day.

Having the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with students and see their progression and development on a week to week basis is a truly, rewarding ...

Ian is a wonderful piano instructor. My 6 year old has been with Ian for some time now and I must say his patience is exceptional. He teaches in ways that my son can easily remember and makes the lesson fun. My son always looks forward to his piano lessons and he has learnt a lot in 2 months. We will work on whatever style the student will like to learn! If they are a beginner, we will go through all of the basics slowly and very thoroughly. I like to start by having my students get familiar with the piano and exploring all of the sounds it can make. Students will learn how to identify notes on the piano and also through reading music. Lessons will always be fun and engaging!

About Matt

I attended West Chester University from 2011-2015 and graduated with my bachleor's in music education. I performed in the marching band, symphonic band, wind ensemble, jazz ensembles, various trumpet ensembles, and a brass quintet. One of my trumpet ensembles made it to the semifinals in the Nationa

A solid, artistic, and flexible piano technique from the beginning. One of the fundamental parts in learning to play piano is to learn the basics of piano technique, which includes proper posture of the body when sitting to play piano, proper fingers, hands, and arms position. The development of the arm and hand flexibility in order to learn the legato and staccato performance from the beginning of the piano studies.

Throughout my 20 years of teaching experience I have developed different methods for children and adults to build a flexible and artistic piano technique that has worked with all my students.

The proper use of the arm rotation, wrist flexibility and how the wrists and arms help to lead the direction of the phrases are fundamentals to attain a beautiful and rich tone .

Jesus has more than 20 years experience teaching piano and 10 years teaching the Suzuki piano method, with dozens of his students playing successfully in recitals, competitions, and auditions around the Chicago area. He completed his Masters of Music in Piano Performance with a scholarship from

"Mr. Kelvin began teaching my daughter when she was 4 yrs old...a year later she is able to recite notes and integrate and apply her knowledge of music theory to her music pieces. Mr. Kelvin is very enthusiastic every practice, but most importantly he is VERY patient and adaptable to my young daughter's mood...especially for a 5yr old who has a small attention span."

Dan has a true enjoyment for music, and it comes through in his patient and encouraging teaching style.
