As an actor for 14 years who became an award-winning director and screenwriter, I have a particularly well-rounded perspective on acting. My belief is that anyone can act, if given the right tools, and I have a proven track record -- actors who work with me are presently booking major roles in film and television. My philosophy is that acting is about exploring yourself -- who you really are as a human being -- and having confidence in that unique individual's perspective on the character. We will also use my expertise on the other side of the camera to explore how to work with directors, as well as the writer's viewpoint on the larger story. I look forward to setting your talents loose on the world!
About Zach
My work as an acting coach speaks for itself. Just in the past several months alone, actors I work with have booked their first jobs as a recurring guest star in a primetime television series, a lead in a Lifetime movie, roles on two Netflix drama series, and a major guest star on an Amazon original

I give acting lessons and coaching in all aspects of acting, based in the celebrated Meisner Technique, which I've taught for over 30 years. I teach a full technique program for those who want to study the whole system which includes, improvisation, scene work and character work, cold readings, monologue development and much much more. For those who already have experience or are professional actors I offer high-level coaching, taking your auditions to the next level, and working with you on your current scripts and projects to magnify your focus, intentions and behaviors so that you can sharpen your performances to the highest degree. I am experienced in theater, film, tv and commercial work, and have tailored techniques for all of these areas. I've refined cold reading technique so that you can quickly break down a script into essentials and win roles, or even go in completely cold and work super-effectively directly off the script. Super-sharp script breakdowns for film roles,

Online Film Acting Classes
In the acting world, there are many acting styles that require different skill sets. Film acting, for example, refers to the kind of acting performed for movies. Unlike theater acting, film acting usually occurs in front of a camera, director, and camera operator, rather than a live audience. When it comes to film acting, the actors have the opportunity to work through scenes in several takes instead of just one like in a live performance.
Because of the many nuances between acting styles, you may need some one-on-one guidance when it comes to learning and mastering film acting.
