I really enjoy our lessons and i am a bit shy when it comes to singing, but she really helps make you feel comfortable. She has many different tools in her kit to help bring your voice out and understand how to use your body. I appreciate her candid approach and that she doesn't butter me up, she gives great constructive feedback that you can work with. Not only the technical aspects, but the artistry of the craft as well.
I definitely feel like i've gained a deeper understanding of how to sing properly and am more confident as a result. Highly recommend her, you wont be disappointed.

You’ll love your lessons with me and benefit from my teaching experience of over 25 years and my Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Massachusetts where I also studied Italian, German, French and some Spanish. Italian is a beautiful language for singing with all the open vowels. We work on breath support, pitch, tone, range, interpretation and translation if singing in another language, warming up with vocal exercises and music theory. Each student is unique; so your lessons and repertoire are customized to suit your needs. Also included with your lessons are the opportunity to perform in recitals twice a year, email support, weekly lesson notes, progress reports, recordings, performance classes.
About Amber
My goal is for students to gain the knowledge and technical skills to be able to play the music they love or sing with beautiful tone. I love teaching kids and watching them grow as musicians; and teaching adults and watching them fulfill a dream is so rewarding to me. We’ll discuss your go

Online Opera Voice Lessons
Opera is a musical art form that originated in Italy during the late 1500s. Singers, accompanied by an orchestra, traditionally perform this music as part of a production on stage in an opera house. This genre of music can be challenging to learn and may sometimes require years of technical training to master the art.
Aside from learning how to sing in another language, such as Italian, French, and Russian, opera singers must learn the many techniques associated with this singing style. Opera singers study many aspects, from mastering resonance to learning vocal limits. Because it’s not an easy feat, many students turn to opera lessons for guidance.

It is always exciting when a vocal student is ready to start studying his or her first operatic aria! One of the best things about being a classical singer is knowing you have so many great years ahead of you. After all, you’re considered in your prime in your 40s. That being said, realize that the voice you have now and the repertoire you’ll first study will be very, very different from what you sing later on in your career. It’s absolutely crucial that you sing repertoire that is …
