Hey! Kaye the Artist here. I truly believe that anyone can learn to draw if they have the right attitude and the right teacher. I am that teacher! In high school I had a teacher who believed in me and helped me to foster my talents to the best of their ability. Unfortunately as is often the case with public school art programs, there just wasn't the funding or the know how to help me succeed. Because of that I entered a college art program grossly behind. In fact it was easy to look at the wall and realize I was actually lacking in the talent department! Can you believe that? Fortunately for me I was more determined to learn how to draw and threw myself into my schoolwork. By the end of the semester under the tutelage of a fantastic artist and teacher I was on par with the rest of the class. That's when I realized that in the world of art, talent only takes you so far.
