I am an Actor, Singer and Dancer with over 10 years of professional experience and proud member of Actors’ Equity. Growing up in the Midwest I was immersed in music and theatre at a very young age. I was lucky enough to perform with amazing institutions such as: The Metropolitan Boys Choir, The Red River Boys Choir, The Gooseberry Park Players, Trollwood Performing Arts School and Moorhead High School’s Theatre Department. I also was the captain of my high school’s award winning speech team and was very successful at the state and national level. I earned my Bachelors of Music with a focus in Musical Theatre Voice from the esteemed Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. My time at Westminster provided me the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest Vocal Techinitions and Vocal Pedagogy Professors the world has to offer. I not only brought my own voice to places I never imagined I also found a passion for helping others achieve the same feat. As a Voice Teacher I specialize in many different styles of music including classical, musical theatre and pop/rock and I am a master at helping my students find repertoire that fits their voice and personality. Good singing is great but good storytelling through singing is extraordinary! In addition to vocal technique and repertoire I will coach you through the acting of your songs. I also specialize in preparations for college auditions by selecting appropriate material including monologues and songs (based of the institutions specific requirements) My performance career has taken me all over North America and across the ocean. As a choral singer I have performed symphonic works at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and The Kimmel Center. My credits as a Musical Theatre performer include: The Broadway National Tour of Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Disney Cruise Line (Mainstage Performer and Vocal Captain), New York Music Theatre Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Westchester Broadway Theatre and The Fireside Theatre to name a few. Throughout my years as a teacher and performer I have learned that passion and technique go hand in hand. If you have the passion I would love to provide the technique. I look forward to helping you grow as an artist and reach your fullest potential.

Carl is the best voice teacher. My 12 year old daughter has improved her voice tremendously since day one. Lessons are fun and very efficient. Thank you Carl!
Carl is one of the best voice teachers I’ve had. He is always so prepared and encouraging! When I have a problem, he thinks of solutions and adjustments until I nail it. I’ve only been studying with him for a short while, but I’ve already grown so much. Thanks Carl<3
Carl was amazing! My daughter felt comfortable and is excited to continue and grow as his student!
