Whether you want to prepare yourself for college auditions, sing better at your choir or church, or just enjoy the fun nd health benefits of singing, I can help you. With almost 15 years of teaching experience, I have come to watch many of my students go on to college and graduate school successfully. Most of them under full tuition scholarships. I am a classically trained singer myself and the approach to my lessons are over all focused on healthy emission of the voice with emphasis on breath suport and appropriate placement according to the style you want to perform: classical, musical theatre, jazz or any contemporary genre. I will help you reach your goals with vocal exercises and weekly routines designed specific for your needs. All you need is desire to learn and enjoy!
About Daniela G.

Hello there! I am a soprano with 18 years of teaching experience. I work as a Touring Artist for Central City Opera; I am a member of the Opera Colorado Chorus and an affiliate faculty member at a local university where I teach voice in different genres ranging from Pop to Musical Theater. I hold a Bachelor degree and an Artist diploma from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Performance and Voice Pedagogy from Texas Christian University. I have performed with several opera companies while also teaching for a non-profit organization for talented musicians for at-risk and low-income backgrounds. I have taught previously at two international universities, coached a community choir of senior citizens, started a chamber opera company for students and young opera singers and tutor Music and Spanish to neurodiverse students and students with learning disabilities and visually impaired. I have the most experience teaching teenagers and young adults but enjoy working with anyone who has a love for music and wants to feed their fire for learning, connecting with their body as their full instrument and want to use singing as expression of self. I believe that everyone has a talent for something special and that music can empower people. I like my students to feel safe and confident. My current and former students range from professional successful musicians to Political Science students, paralegals, actors, psychologists, personal trainers, full time grandpa, construction worker, and my nieces. If you think I am a good fit for you or would like to try out lessons, I would be happy to help you reach your goals!

I had my first lesson with Daniela this week. I play guitar but have never had any formal singing lessons or training. Daniela was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She really knows her stuff and was able to easily explain to me how to produce and develop a good sound.
