Learn painting or drawing techniques that take the fear out of creating. I love working with both seasoned artists who have an interest in exploring new methods and those who have never picked up a brush. I have been working as a professional artist since graduating with my BFA in 2007. I have exhibited at over 50 galleries in the New England area, around the U.S. and as far as Oslo, Norway. I have lived and worked in Dover NH for the last 5 years and have recently opened a new gallery and studio downtown. I enjoy sharing the lessons I've learned from the talented professors who taught me how to work with multiple medium at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and at Lorenzo de' Medici University in Florence, Italy. Danielle started our class introducing us to examples of watercolor paintings and explaining the different techniques used in each of them, then we tried them out! She was very methodical in teaching us each of the techniques including, washes, color blending, dry brush and color lifting. She tailored the class to our experience level, or in our case, our lack of experience. I can’t recommend this class enough! It was so much fun and so inspiring!
