I am a working actor, writer, producer in both Los Angeles and New York. In a lesson we will work with both scene study and monologues, of your choice or ones we find together. We will begin by breaking down the scene or monologue and personalizing it so the lines resonate from you experience and authenticity. Which then turns into a character you create and understand, to make the words come from a place of realism. Acting is living truth under imaginary circumstances and when it all clicks it is truly magical. I currently work in television, film and stage, and in my long and vital career I have learned many things on being a working actor on live sets and in actual theaters and teach the vital lessons of taking care of oneself with the preparation of craft and the inside knowledge of working in real life and in real time. A life I love.
