My name is Jessie Kate and I am from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a graduate student at Boston Conservatory studying Opera Performance. I have studied music since I was 7 from classical voice to musical theater songs to piano and violin. I graduated with Bachelors degree in Music, specifically in Vocal Performnce, and a minor in Italian from Northern Arizona Univeristy. In lessons with me, students can expect to learn music, proper singing technique, and to sing some of their favorite songs. They will also gain confidence and the ability to apply what we learn in lessons to their own practices. I hope to help students learn discipline in their practice while nuturing their love of music. My goal is to build a studio of both vocal and piano students and help them discover their own love of music that they will take with them for years. I hope to help students find a love for music and the ability to relate to others through music. When I am not practicing singing, I love studying Italian and other cultures. I am a 3rd generation Greek-American and love spending time with family and cooking. I love reading and learning about other cultures. I look forward to meeting you and helping you create a love for singing!
