Welcome to my studio! I believe in teaching healthy and effective singing, emphasizing character and intention, and incorporating general music theory. I also teach piano and music theory to beginner and intermediate levels. I have extensive experience teaching all genres to kids, high schoolers, and adults; I feel comfortable teaching all levels! Due to the pandemic, I have learned to be very efficient with online voice and piano lessons! I have all the tools to help you reach your goals! I have years of performing and teaching experience, and am constantly learning and growing in both fields. I have sung a variety of roles in opera and musical theater all over the world, including Italy, Vienna, Prague, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Iowa, Oklahoma, Delaware, Florida, and Louisiana, as well as solo work in Boston's Symphony Hall and the Museum of Art, and Philadelphia's Kimmel Center. I also taught choir for a few years on top of private voice/piano lessons. I attended LSU for my undergraduate degrees in Voice Performance as well as Music Education, and graduated from The Boston Conservatory with my MM in Voice Performance, and a Professional Studies Certificate. I have also spent several years studying voice under a certified Alexander Technique teacher.
