She made her first Carnegie Hall debut as a Twinkler in a play-in bigger than she could’ve imagined! This concert celebrated the 20th anniversary of The School for Strings (Dr. Suzuki was 93!). Lauren attended the Ithaca Suzuki Institute during elementary school and performed May Song as a soloist with the faculty orchestra. The Suzuki repertoire and emphasis on ear training has always guided her teaching. Her students have participated in their All-State Orchestras, received recognition through concerto competitions, and have made notable contributions to the field of music at conservatories and in their careers.
