*Background check documents available upon request* I'm a vocalist, singer/songwriter, and producer with a passion for helping teens and adults of all ages discover and/or find more freedom in their voices and in their songwriting! I like infusing a mix of creativity and technique/theory into lessons. My approach is to ensure there's a solid foundation of technique yet also plenty of room for vocal exploration - the two go hand in hand! A bit more about me: I currently work as a singer/songwriter, producer, and vocalist in the Greater Philadelphia region (and now beyond, given our new COVID reality). When not teaching, I split my time between performing (everywhere from live venues to restaurants, to livestreams online, to private events and senior homes) and producing/songwriting in the studio. My songs have been featured on radio stations around the east coasting, including WXPN, ALT 104.5, and more, and have been licensed to multiple TV stations and independet films for use in their broadcasting. I have a BFA in Musial theatre from Pennsylvania State University and have performed in various professional, regional musical theater and touring productions. My vocal training originated here, so I also love to work on this type of material, as well as auditions with my students!
