I received my Master's in Music Performance from Northwestern University and my Bachelor's in Music Performance and Musicology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I also have professional experience performing with the US Air Force Band of Mid-America and Knoxville Symphony Orchestra. I have been teaching for 5+ years and have a real passion for sharing my love of music with students. I have taught students ages 11-70 with varying skill levels. Natalie is so easy to work with and she was able to zero in on how to improve my tone and volume control. She gave me several ideas and practice techniques that I have never heard of and I got pretty good results right away! She is an excellent flute teacher and an amazing flute player!
