I am an experienced music instructor who has taught in Chicago, Austin, Orange County, and the Bay Area. I have a BA in Music Education from Vanguard University. My earnest desire is to facilitate each student's success in meeting or surpassing their musical goals and to expand their understanding of the world through music. No two students learn in quite the same way, so I tailor instruction by taking into account individual strengths, weaknesses, and interests to make learning fun! Students will learn aspects of classical and popular music styles, music fundamentals, theory, composition, and music from around the world. I look forward to sharing the joy of music with you!
