Hi, my name is Zachary Gordon, and I'm a Los Angeles based media composer, producer, orchestrator, and conductor. I received a BFA in Music Composition, and a Master of Fine Arts in Music Composition for the Screen from Columbia College Chicago. During my time at Columbia, I received numerous scholarships, including the Graduate Merit Award; taught music theory, scored five student films, co-composed a video game, and wrote music in collaboration for Ensemble Dal Niente. Since moving from Chicago in 2016, I have worked as an assistant, and as an additional music composer for The Transcenders; was an assistant composer, and composed original music for the trailer music company Radius MX, and had my work featured in the theatrical trailer for The Invisible Man. I'm also the producer and keyboardist for the Seattle based band, Lofts, and am proficient in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Finale, and Kontakt. Currently, I'm working with Lofts, and writing a hybrid orchestral album.
