Alumnae of CSULAs music department with an emphasis in classical voice and guitar, Francesca's skills cover a vast array of information. With a background and formal education in opera and "the classics", Francesca is equally comfortable on stage with a chamber orchestra as she is with a rock band.
I have missed various lessons (mom brain) and she has been nothing but accommodating and understanding. There are times my daughter isn't up for the lesson, and Francesca rolls with it and reschedules as she wants this to be fun not something that feels like they have to do it. She is a great communicator and always in an energetic mood. My daughter and I love her!!!!

An ancient wind musical instrument like a type of vessel flute, typically with four to twelve finger holes and a mouthpiece that projects from the body. It is traditionally made from clay or ceramic, but other materials are also use such as plastic, wood, glass, metal, or bone. The ocarina belongs to a very old family of instruments, believed to date back over 12,000 years. Ocarina-type instruments have been of particular importance in Chinese and Mesoamerican cultures. We will begin with learning finger placement, breathing, notes, reading, rhythms, and learn to play songs and even solo! A lot of fun!

Our daughter is becoming a fantastic artist and is getting attention in middle school from the local magnet high schools due to her ability to create art based on the foundation skills that Ms. Margie has given her.
I don't think you could find any better teacher in the United States than Ms. Margie. Through these art lessons our daughter has gained a confidence in herself, the ability to create beautiful works of art, and a deep understanding of the foundation skills required in art.
We have been with Ms. Margie for three years and do not intend to stop lessons anytime soon. There is no doubt in my mind that Ms. Margie is the right teacher for your child. Ms. Margie is not only a great art teacher but a fabulous person which is rare in the teacher these days.
You will definitely be getting more than your money's worth from Ms. Margie. No one cares more than Ms. Margie about providing a great education in art. You will not be disappointed."
